What are Board Types?
Board types define the meal plan included in a booking. They can be charged per person or per room, which directly affects the price calculation.
Common Board Types:

RO – Room Only

BB – Bed & Breakfast

HB – Half Board
-
FB – Full Board
-
AI – All Inclusive
Per Person vs. Per Room:

Per Person → Price is multiplied by number of guests.

Per Room → Fixed price for the whole room, regardless of guests.
Example:
If All Inclusive is set as per person at €50/day:

2 guests in one room = €100/day

3 guests in one room = €150/day
- Click on the Configurations icon.
- Once this menu pops up, click on Board types.
- Once you’ve been redirected to this page, click on Add new.
- Once you’ve entered the name and description, make sure to turn the Is food included? and Food price switches on.

Once you’ve turned the Is food included? switch on, a new section called Food Price will appear. Here, you can choose whether the food cost should be applied per room or per person. In this example, we’ll set it per person. Simply enter the prices for each guest type: Adult, Child, and Infant.
- And for the last step, click on Create.
