Selling extra services at your OBE in Spoonbill PMS allows you to offer guests additional options during the booking process, helping you increase revenue while enhancing their stay.
- To make an extra item available for your OBE, firstly, we need to click on Configuration, then on Extra Items.
- To offer an Extra Item in your OBE you can either create a new Extra Item or edit an already existing one.
- You only have to make sure that the Show on web switch is on.
- Now just click on Save & Continue.
- The Extra Item will now be available when the client is making the booking via Online Booking Engine.
