How to configure Hotel Rules in Spoonbill PMS.

  • Click on the Configurations icon.

 

 

  • Once this menu pops up, click on Hotel Policies.

 

 

  • Once you’ve been redirected to this page, click on Rules.

 

 

  • Once you’re here, click on Add new.

 

 

  • Once you’ve clicked Add new, you will be redirected to this page (where you create rules). After filling in the necessary information, make sure to turn the Active switch on and then click on Save & Continue.

 

 

  • Once you’ve clicked Save & Continue, the Add New button will appear beside Subsections. If you want to create a subsection, click on it.

 

 

  • After clicking Add New, this menu will pop up. Fill in all of the necessary information, make sure to turn the Active switch on and then click on Add new. 

 

 

  • And for the last step, click on Update. You can do this process as many times as you wish because there is no limit on the number of rules or subsections you can create.
