How to claim an item as lost in Spoonbill PMS.

  • Click on the Guests icon.

 

 

  • Once this dropdown menu appears, click on Lost & Found.

 

 

  • Once you’ve been redirected to this page, click on the Copy link button.

 

 

  • After copying the link, open a new tab and paste it into the browser. You will be redirected to this page, where you need to click on the “Lost Items?” button.

 

 

  • After clicking on it, you will be redirected here.

    This form allows you to submit details about a lost item so the hotel can track and manage it. Fill in the required fields:

    • Title – a short name for the item (e.g., Black Wallet).

    • Photo – upload a picture of the item if available.

    • Description – more details about the item (e.g., Leather wallet with ID and credit cards inside).

    • When did you lose the item? – date and time the item was lost.

    • Where did you lose the item? – select the general location (e.g., Lobby, Restaurant, Room 205).

    • Contact details – provide your name, phone, and email so the staff can reach you if the item is found.

 

 

  • After you’ve filled in all of the necessary information, click on Save.
