How to do a Check in & Check out report in Spoonbill PMS.
Last Updated: 13/05/2025Check-in and check-out reports are logs that track who arrives, who leaves, and room availability. They help front desk staff manage bookings, spot no-shows, and keep occupancy records accurate for billing and housekeeping. Click on the Reports icon. After the menu pops up click on Check in reports. Select the Date from, Date to, and Board type . This helps you view only the Check ins and Check outs that match your selected criteria. After filling in the data, click on the Run Report button.

Fill in the required filters such as Date From, Date To, Payment Type, Payment Method, Card Type, and Bank Account to narrow down your search. After filling in the data, click on the Run Report button .

After the menu pops up click on Cancellations. Select the booking source, type, and date range to filter the canceled reservations. This helps you view only the cancellations that match your selected criteria. After filling in the data, click on the Filter button. After clicking on the Filter button, you will see the filtered Reservation Cancellations on the table below.

Click on the Reports icon. When this menu pops up click on Revenue. You will be redirected to this page in which you can pick any of these options to run your report for. The next step is to add the right Filters. After adding the filters click on Run Report and the report will display on the Results section, you can also export to excel by simply clicking n the button that reads Export to Excel.
