- Click on the Front Desk icon.
- Once you do that, a dropdown will appear. You can choose either one of the highlighted options, but for this tutorial we will be clicking on Reservations.
- Once you’re on this page, find the reservation and click on it.
- After this page pops up, scroll down, find the View Reservation button and click on it.
- Once you’ve been redirected to this page, click on Guests.
- Now click on this button to add a new guest if they are not already existing.
- After filling in the necessary information, click on the Add new button.
- Once you do that, click on the Select button.
- A search bar will appear. Start typing the first three letters of the guest’s name, and the matching result will appear. Simply click on the guest to select it.
- Now click on the Room button.
- Once the room appears, click on it.
- Once you do that, click on the Add to list button.
- Now click on the Generate Report button.
- To bulk upload guests, click on this button.
- Once you are on this page, select the file and click the Upload button. This will successfully bulk upload your guests. To select them and generate a report, simply follow the steps described above.
