# How to refund a fiscalized invoice in Spoonbill PMS.

- Click on the **Front Desk **icon.

- Now click on **Reservations**.

- Once you find the reservation you're looking for, click on it.

- Scroll down, find the **View Reservation** button and click on it.

- Once you've been redirected to this page, click on **Payment Records**.

- Now click on **Add New**.

- Once you're here, click on the **Payment** button**.**

- Once the dropdown appears, click on **Refund**.

- After filling in the necessary information, click on **Add new**.
