# How to load list of amenities and add a new amenity in Spoonbill PMS.

Amenities play a key role in defining the guest experience. In Spoonbill PMS, you can easily load a list of available amenities and add new ones as needed. This tutorial will guide you through accessing the amenity list and adding custom amenities to ensure your property’s offerings are accurately reflected in the system.

 

-     Click on the **Configuration** icon.

-     A window will pop up in which you need to click on **Amenities**.

-     You will be redirected to the **Amenities List**, you can click **Load list of amenities **and a list of previously created **Amenities** will display. If you need to create a new amenity you must click on **Add New**.

-     This form will display, fill in the fields and click on **Create**. The amenity will appear on the list.
