# How to generate a Payments report on Spoonbill PMS.

Payment reports track all financial transactions related to hotel bookings, including room charges and additional fees. They help hotel managers monitor cash flow, ensure timely payments, and maintain accountability between guests and the hotel.

- Click on the**Reports** icon.

- After the menu pops up click on **Payments.**

- Fill in the required filters such as **Date From**, **Date To**, **Payment Type**, **Payment Method**, **Card Type**, and **Bank Account** to narrow down your search.

- After filling in the data, click on the **Run Report** button** . **
