Seasons help you categorize different time periods throughout the year, making it easier to manage your property’s operations. Setting up seasons allows you to organize your rating plans availability and track different periods more effectively. This guide will walk you through the process of creating a season in Spoonbill PMS, providing a clear structure for managing your property throughout the year. Follow the steps below to get started.
- Click on the Price Markup icon.
- After the menu pops up click on Seasonal Attributes.
- After clicking on Seasons you will be able to see a list of the seasons created on your property, to create a new one click on Add New.
- You will be directed to this form, enter the information based on your needs and click on Save & Continue to be able to define a time period.
- Click on Add New.
- After clicking on Add New a small window will pop up in which you need to click on Add New again and enter the Start Date and End Date of the time period.
- Now just click on Update and the Season will be created with all the necessary information.
