# How to create a partner in Spoonbill PMS.

In Spoonbill PMS, a *partner* refers to a travel agency or any other business entity you collaborate with. This tutorial will walk you through the process of adding a new partner to the system. By the end, the partner will be registered in the PMS, allowing you to proceed with contract creation and other necessary setups.

 

-     Click on the **Partners **icon.

-     Click on **Partners** again (below).

-     You will be redirected to the the list that displays the **Partners** (if this is you first time creating a partner the list will be empty). You must click on **Add New**to continue.

-     In this form you have to enter information about the **Partner**, the fields that have a red symbol are necessary fields, meaning the information that they require is necessary to creating a **Partner**. Make sure to scroll down so you do not miss any fields. After entering the information click on **Create**.

-     The **Partner** you just created will appear in the list, you can click on **Details** to acess the **Partner Details**.

-     Here you can add a new **Contract**, **Contact**, **Partner Account** and continue configuring the partner with other information so you are ready to start working together.
