# How to create a Fact Sheet for Partners in Spoonbill PMS.

- Click on the **Configuration** icon.

- Once the menu pops up click on **Fact Sheet.**

- After you've been redirected to this page, click on **Add new.**

- The Fact Sheet that you just created will appear in the table below. You can also download the Fact Sheet by clicking on the eye shaped button.
