# How to configure Deposit policies in Spoonbill PMS.

- Click on the **Configurations **icon.

- Once this menu pops up, click on **Hotel Policies**.

- After you've been redirected to this page, click on **Deposit policy**.

- After you're done with choosing the options which best fit your interest, make sure to turn the **Active **switch on and then click on the **Save **button.
