# How to configure Damage policies in Spoonbill PMS.

- Click on the **Configurations **icon.

- Once this menu pops up, click on **Hotel Policies**.

- Now click on **Damage policy**.

- Once you fill in all of the necessary information, make sure to turn the **Active **switch on and then click on the **Save **button.
