# How to change the default contact that appears in the contract with partners in Spoonbill PMS.

- Click on the **Configuration** icon.

- Now click on **General details.**

- Once you're redirected to this page, scroll down until you find the **Contacts** section. Then click on **Remove** to delete the already existing default contact.

- After you've removed the old contact, click on **Add New**.

- After you've clicked Add New, this form will pop up. After filling in the necessary information, make sure to turn the **Default contact** switch on and then click **Save**.
