Company Timeline
Founded
Founded by Doret and Elvis Kotherja, selling flight, ferry, bus tickets and insurance. That same year the first group of Albanians traveled to Macedonia! After six months of hard work, and door- to-door marketing, we have achieved much growth and have turned in a short time into one of the leading travel agents in the city of Elbasan, competing with two other travel agencies.
Early Days
We have achieved a very high sales volume of tickets and also became one of the first Tour operators in Albania, offering round trips for Albanians to North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Croatia. Several roundtrips have been organized and the incomes from Tour Operating was even higher than the incomes from the Travel agency. We employed two more staff, to make four in our company.
Digitization
We have been very strong on all segments, became IATA and started to invest in technology and digitization of our company processes and structures. By November, we officially joined the Lufthansa City Center network and participated in their annual Meeting in Dubrovnik. Our source market clients increased tremendously; we had clients mostly from DACH, Nordic, Asia, UK and USA and Canada! Our business borders have been extended to Vienna in the north, Bucharest and Istanbul in the east, Athens and Corfu in the south and Rome and Valleta in the west. First cruise call were handled on a direct contract to Durres and Saranda ports: adventure and active tours, travel segment consolidation, charter flights handling, etc.

In July 2024, we proudly launched Spoonbill PMS, a groundbreaking property management system designed to transform the way properties are managed. Our platform was built with the goal of simplifying operations and enhancing guest satisfaction through advanced technology. Since its launch, Spoonbill PMS has been at the forefront of the industry, continually evolving to meet the dynamic needs of property managers and guests alike. Today, we remain committed to innovation, ensuring that Spoonbill PMS is the trusted choice for properties seeking excellence in hospitality management.
